After the hidden danger is rectified and the data is uploaded, the platform will automatically fill in the hidden danger handler and completion time. During the spring inspection this year, Liaoning Electric Power of the State Grid relied on the platform to control 41 potential safety hazards of relay protection, 68 familial defects and 209 common defects.
"We have not only developed a hidden danger defect management module for the platform, but also developed functional modules such as equipment management, project management, on-site operation, maintenance plan, data inquiry, etc. in combination with the actual work of relay protection specialty." Full-chain control of mobile terminals to ensure on-site standardized operations
On May 23, in the protection room of 220 kV Aiguo Substation, Yu Xiaolong, a relay protection professional of Shenyang Power Supply Company, used the on-site standardized operation APP to scan the physical ID code pasted on the 66 kV Aiguo Line protection device to verify the information of each device. The relay protection full-service service management platform immediately generates a standardized regular inspection process for relay protection devices corresponding to this operation, including key regular inspection steps such as safety measures tickets, pressure plate confirmation forms, standardized operation instructions, etc. "Now, confirm that the outlet pressure plate of the Aiwu line protection device is in the exit state, and the next operation can be carried out." Yu Xiaolong instructed his colleague Wu Tong to start the regular inspection according to the workflow generated by the platform.

Operation staff can also use APP to quickly obtain electronic drawings, previous equipment inspection reports and other data. After the job is completed, APP will automatically generate an unmodifiable inspection report.

Field operations only need to be completed and confirmed item by item on the mobile terminal to form a regular inspection report in a standardized format." Yu Xiaoguang said, "This can also reduce the pressure of the operation, standardize the operation process, and prevent uncertain factors from affecting the operation."
At present, Liaoning Electric Power of the State Grid has built a technical support system for relay protection based on on-site operation scenarios, continuously carrying out standardized operation, safety measures control and risk identification at dangerous points, thus improving the quality and efficiency of on-site operation and the operation reliability of relay protection equipment.
